Return Policy

Overview

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Earrings must be unopened.

Certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes clothing and printed accessories, unless there are defects in the product or print.

If you find that they do have defects, please send me a picture and description so that I can initiate the refund or exchange with the printer.

For all returns, please also send proof of purchase.

Please do not ship a return before receiving instructions on where to ship your return.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Returned items that are not in original condition may be denied (unless the return is due to damage).

    If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please allow time for your card or bank to process the refund.

    Exchanges

    If you would like an exchange, you can contact me using the same method and the same conditions apply.

    Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    While I offer free shipping on the original order, you may be required to pay for shipping of the new item in the case of an exchange. This is simply to prevent me from losing an excess amount of money on shipping.

    If you are returning a guitar or bass, a tracking number and shipping insurance will be required.

    All other items will require a tracking number.

    I do not charge a restocking fee.
