Want to get more organized when it comes to keeping track of your guitar builds? I did too, so I came up with a new spreadsheet to help me keep track of it all. I’m adding this to my shop in case it can help any of my fellow guitar builders.
This Google Sheets bundle includes:

- Guitar build inventory and pricing
- Guitar build progress tracker
How it works:
Download the PDF instructions, which includes a link to save a copy of the spreadsheet to your Google Drive.
If you’re not tech savvy, I’ve included helpful steps in the PDF.
The Sheet has three tabs, one for each of the items listed above.
The Spec Sheet will help you keep track of the specs for each build.
The Inventory and Pricing tab is where you can keep track of all of the parts and materials for the build – what’s in stock, what you need to purchase, costs, shipping dates, add-on customizations, pricing formulas, and more.
The Progress Tracker allows you to keep track of all the steps of the build process, including what you’ve accomplished, how many hours it took, and what is still in progress.
If you calculate your pricing based on hours spent, the total hours from the Progress Tracker pulls into some of the pricing formulas in the Inventory and Pricing tab to help you calculate the final sale price for the guitar.
Note: This bundle is meant to keep track of a single build, but once you have your copy you can make as many copies of the spreadsheet as you need so that you can track all of your builds.
